 Provided administrative and research support for primary investigator in large-scale undergraduate science classroom blogging research. Assisted in collecting and analyzing large volume, qualitative data using Data-Miner. Facilitated compliance with Institutional Review Board regulations, and co-published findings.

Metro Transit Police Department, Training Division

Designed and facilitated community outreach training and education programs (TARR).

 Designed and produced training initiatives and programs for command staff and facilitated instruction for routine departmental procedures. Taught tactical communications training for all 400 members of the department.
